Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original compostable packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
